Encontre el post del "pionero" en este protocolo 1-6, un tio llamado "fallen curtains" (cortinas caidas)
Back in January i tried the alternating days with 0.5mg Dut and 5mg fin, this turned out to be a very bad move!
By July i was losing so much hair that it made me feel sick! In the shower i would have at least 15 to 20 on my hands after each time i ran my fingers through, so i was losing well over 200 hairs in the shower alone!
By September everything had gone to hell, my hair looked awful, and i just had no control in any shape or form, i was almost at the point of giving up for good, but my last attempt was a slight change. I was on Dr reddys dut and Cipla fin on alternative days but i changed to Dr reddys Finast 6 days a week and 1 Dut every wednesday.
Did it help? OMG did it! Within a month i noticed a slowing of my hairloss, within 2 months it had slowed so much and all my mini temple hairs had returned, by December i had a small shed but nothing bad and my hair looked quite good.
I had a hair cut 2 weeks ago so it was much shorter than usual and my temple hair has grown enough for me to have small curtains!!!!! I can't believe it, i haven't had curtains for years but i could actually do it and my hair looked GOOD!
I washed my hair last night and lost about 6 hairs in the shower.
Will it last? will it get bad again? who knows?! But one thing i do know is that my hair looks sweet and my girlfriend said yesterday (without prompting) "Your hair looks really thick at the moment, what are you using on it?"
So its all good at the moment
I use..................:
Dr reddys finast 6 days a week
Dr reddys dutas 1 day a week
Nizoral 2% every few days (no set plan)
Xandrox 15% at night
Xandrox 12% lotion in the morning
I also drink lots of herbal tea rather than normal tea or coffe, im sure there is something positive in it!
