But have any doctor told you about the possibility of being an efluvium or androgenetic? How old are you? When did you realized you where losing hair? Are you having anything for the high levels of prolactine?
I know this is hard, all women here know that, we are here to help and to be helped

Yes, they told me about androgenetic... nothing more. Then i started to see the levels of everything... they only found out high levels for prolactine... nothing more. Started a treatment, very painful, lots of headache... then i quite. Things were ok, when i was pregnant, don't know why... lots of hair and hard nails too. 10 years gone, and everything came back again. This is a torture. I'm 39 now, and i can´t barely see my old pics... so different from myself. Now the prolactine levels are ok. And nothing changed. It's getting worst day after day. Don't know what to say or do. Everything in life is different. I try not to talk or think about it. But people are strange here... they look at you like you have a terminal disease... with pitty... it's terrible to face people. They will never understand how painful things are. Thank you to talk with me. I understand spanish very well, but i don't write.
Hugs

If you understand Spanish, I will write in Spanish, my English is not as good as I would like it to be.

Hi
The only thing i used once was Regaine, but it was a very long time ago, almost 12 years. And i think it worked yes. Then i used Aldactone, but it was terrible because of the side effects. Lots of headaches and problems with milk on my breasts. So i gave up. Now i'm using only a shampoo called Tarmed. It's ok i think, but it does not help anything. Never used minoxidil. On the other hand i heard lots of things about Yasmine, specially about lots of side effects. I need to find another doctor , just to try for the last. This is painful, all my hope has gone about this issue.

Hi Faty, first of all, try to relax and think that there are options for you. Rogaine is the name of one of the products made with minoxidil, so you used it in the past. If it was ok and without hard side effects, try again.
I don't know Tarmed. Shampoos can help but not as much as minoxidil, for example.
Look for a doctor and try to follow his indications and check each six months, for example, the progress. Maybe minoxidil, yasmin and vitamins would be ok. And if you think it's necessary, look for "microlineas" (I don't know the name in english), but never, never, never, stay at home because of this inconvenience. Think about that as an inconvenience, never a problem, ok?
Best regards.

totally agree with kayetana. Go to another doctor, try minoxidil. About yasmin: I´m taking it and I haven´t had any problem, it´s very soft. You won´t lose anything by trying, will you? Go and tell us

I am not sure if "yasmin" is an international brand, ask for antiandrogenetic pill.
