estoy pensando en injerto , que opinas? o es mejor esperar

solo llevo 2 meses y 12 dias aprox con el tratamiento

otra pregunta, no me gusta nada ir rapado porque no me pega, estoy llevando gorra , espero una ora y media aprox desde que me hecho el minoxidil hasta que me coloco la gorra, como veis el tema de la gorra ,es malo para los pelos el uso de la gorra?

De nada, creo que la ayuda mutua es necesaria en estos casos, ya que si uno no afronta su lucha con positivismo, el tratamiento no funciona al 100%.

Yo por ahora no pensaría en el injerto, sé optimista, y dale tiempo al tratamiento. Tienes que ser paciente, 2 meses no son nada. Dale un periodo mínimo de un año para ver que sucede.

Te recomiendo que utilices el buscador del foro para ver casos con comienzos mucho peores que el tuyo, y que finalmente repoblaron su cabeza totalmente. Vease Easyrunner, Maklink, Nitemuevas, blico, ecétera, y por supuesto no tuvieron que recurrir al transplante (creo que aquí ya te contesto)

Sobre la gorra: yo a eso no le doy importancia, no existe relación efecto/causa. Pero mejor que te contesten otros foreros respecto a este tema secundario.

buenas subo fotos despues de 2 meses y 18 dias aproximadamente, me corte el pelo al 2 ase exactamente una semana en la foto anterior la podeis ver , a ver que opinais ,

Vuelvo a decirte lo mismo, sigue adelante, dale tiempo, sigue a full full con todo el tratamiento, tienes una alopecia mas o menos importante por el lado de las entradas, esperemos que mes a mes vayas mejor, pero es pronto todavia.

una pregunta.... deberia de usar Ketoconazol ¿?? no se exactamente para que es , ayuda al crecimiento o el grosor del pelo¿?

El champo con ketoconazol si queres lo podes usar, es un antifungico sobre todas las cosas y ademas un antiseborreico y antiandrogeno suave, esto ultimo es mas que nada para acompañamiento en el tratamiento, es a muy muy largo plazo, no es para reemplazar por el minox.


Acá te dejo un estudio donde explica como funciona en casos de alopecia androgenética:

It can reasonably be concluded that the clinical efficacy of ketoconazole shampoo in the treatment of AGA is primarily a function of DHT pathway disruption rather than an anti-inflammatory effect. In rat studies ketoconazole caused 5-R inhibition [28]. Furthermore, in humans ketoconazole has also been shown to inhibit the binding of 5-R to sex hormone globulins [29]. These clinical studies suggest that ketoconazole like finasteride may inhibit the production of DHT. Unlike finasteride ketoconazole has been shown to bind to human AR [30]. Thus, the effect of ketoconazole on the DHT pathway may be two-fold: inhibition of DHT and/or inhibition of DHT binding to AR. Either or both of these properties would result in reduced incidence of DHT binding to AR and inhibiting the pathway that leads to the miniaturizing of hair follicles.

March 04, 2001 - American Academy of Dermatology Meeting - Washington DC - Scientists working for McNeil, makers of Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo, presented the findings of a study done on 1% Nizoral shampoo which has good news for hair loss sufferers. It has long been known that 2% prescription Nizoral has beneficial effects on Androgenic Alopecia (MPB). It however has been unclear whether the same benefits can be obtained by using the non-prescription 1% version.
In the study presented (see below), one hundred male volunteers with mild to moderate dandruff and somewhat oily scalp, were using, in a double-blind fashion, either a 1% Nizoral shampoo or a 1% zinc pyrithione shampoo, 2-3 times a week for 6 months.
Analysis of the different parameters set up in the study shows that the hair diameter gradually increased with Nizoral use (+8.46%) over a 6 month period, whereas the diameter showed a trend to decrease with zinc pyrithione use over the same period (-2.28%). The sebum excretion rate was reduced with Nizoral (-6.54%) while it increased with zinc pyrithione (+8.2%) over the same period of time. The number of hair shed over a 24-hour period was reduced by 16.46% with Nizoral and 6.02% with zinc pyrithione after 6 months. Finally, the percentage hairs in anagen phase increased by 6.4% and 8.4% respectively during the study time.

The results are similar to a previous study done on 2% prescription strength Nizoral where it was shown that use of 2% Nizoral yielded a 7% average increase in hair shaft diameter similar to what was achieved by the control group using 2% Minoxidil and a non-medicated shampoo.

So for any hair loss sufferer, this research clearly indicates that using 1% or 2% Nizoral 2-3 times per week, will have positive effects on hair growth as well as controlling dandruff. It is still unclear at this time whether it's the anti-fungal properties or the anti-androgenic properties of Ketokonazole (active ingredient in Nizoral) thats responsible for the hair thickening effects, however because of the decrease in sebum rates as well, it is the authors opinion that the results are due to the anti-androgenic properties of Ketokonazole.

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) binding to androgen receptors (AR) in hair follicles is commonly accepted as the first step leading to the miniaturizing of follicles associated with androgenetic alopecia (AGA). Testosterone is converted to DHT by the enzyme 5alpha-reductase. Finasateride a 5alpha-reducase inhibitor blocks the production of DHT and is currently used to treat AGA. The inhibition is not complete but a reduction of DHT systemically and in the scalp is accomplished. Ketoconazole has been clinically shown to be effective in the treatment of AGA. In this paper, evidence is presented to support the hypothesis that ketoconazole 2% shampoo has a local disruption of the DHT pathway. It is proposed that using ketoconazole 2% shampoo as an adjunct to finasteride treatment could lead to a more complete inhibition of DHT and thus better treat AGA.

Pues nada. Ánimo y sigue con el tratamiento, porque aunque veas que hay casos en que a los 3 meses ya hay cambios importantes, la verdad es que suelen presentarse hasta los 4 - 6 meses. Por ahora, te veo casi igual, pero es que las fotos que tomaste al principio ayudan muy poco.

Desde aqui se te desea lo mejor y que tu tratamiento rinda frutos.

buenas , esta tarde e comprado el Ketoconazol 2% y lo voy a utilizar los viernes y martes, 2 veces en semana, llevo de tratamiento 2 meses y 22 dias, )minoxil lavocin 5% y propecia 1 toda las mañanas, me e estado observando bien la cabeza y tengo la cambeza minada de pelos finos muy rubios y chicos incluso las entradas y por arriba entre pelo y pelo normal tengo peliyos rubios xikititos, a la luz no se ven apenas te tienes que fijar muy bien, creceran y pondran mas oscuros?

Gracias a dios dispongo de una buena vista, y sí, se aprecian esos pelos nuevos rubios de los que hablas. Lógicamente con paciencia todo ese pelo ser convertirá en negro y fuerte, asi que imagínate como se pondrá el cabello normal que ya tienes (me refiero al que ya es negro y grueso).

Te vuelvo a insistir en el tema, no te obsesiones (mirate lo menos posible), y ten toda la paciencia del mundo. Distraete lo máximo posible, sé feliz y piensa que cada semana que transcurra te estará creciendo nuevo pelo, y mejorando ya el existente.

Yo hasta los seis meses no haría ninguna evaluación seria. Estás apunto de cumplir los tres meses de tratamiento, pero no te dejes llevar por las impresiones. Recuerda que la paciencia es una virtud.

lo que mas noto es el pelo normal lo grueso que esta , parecen que son el doble de grueso que antes y tambien fuertes(duros), ojala esos pelos rubios finos se transformen ,,,, porque tengo la cabexa minada de ese tipo de pelos y las entradas igual,

Si, se notan más gruesos los pelos que ya tienes. Y los que están por venir (los rubios), con un poco de suerte tambíén serán igual de fuertes. Si definitivamente es así, con el tiempo y dejando crecer el pelo, podrás llegar a cubrir completamente tu cabeza.

Piensalo, a que suena de maravilla?, pues ale, a esperar y a luchar... Por lo de pronto la cabeza se te ve más negrita que en las fotos del comienzo.

La posibilidad del implante siempre estará ahí, pero no creo que tengas que recurrir a el

notas el pelo mas fuerte, asi que sigue asi, el proceso ha empezado jeje. algunos de esos pelos rubios creceran, otros no, pero bueno, que a partir de ahora veras como cada mes que pasa te ves mejor.
por lo de la gorra no te preocupes, yo trabajo con casco, que es mucho mas agresivo que la gorra y mis pelos siguen ahi.

pues si mochuelo. a ver si tengo suerte y cubre toda la cabeza y algo de las entradas...., el pelo lo noto muy fuerte y creo que tengo mas pelo rubio (que no se ven en la foto ) ai mas cantidad rubio que los que veis asi oscuros normales , mañana compro ya el 3 bote de lacovin, no se porque pero me a durado menos y nunca me paso de la cantidad ,

bueno el lunes me hago foto y subo , saludos
